Q

How do I judge a fabric from a screen?

A

That is the part we work hardest on. We photograph every fabric as close to the real thing as we can, and describe the weave, the weight and how much light it holds back in plain words — enough to judge it properly before you order. And if you want to be completely sure, order a swatch and hold the actual cloth in your own light first.

Q

Readymade curtains look cheap — but isn’t custom-made far more expensive?

A

Nothing here is readymade, and it still costs less than you would expect. Every curtain is cut for your window — your width, your height, the way it hangs, the lining you choose — which is exactly why it looks fitted rather than bought. And because we buy our fabric direct and make each one only after you order it, there is no showroom, no middleman and no old stock to pay for. The same quality you would find in a store, for noticeably less.

Q

How long will it take, and will it reach me safely?

A

Ten days to your door, and you will know where it is along the way. Every order is checked by hand and photographed before it is packed, so what leaves us is exactly what you approved. From there it travels tracked and protected — to a metro address or a small town, in India or overseas, it is packed for the journey it actually has to make.
